A current Victorian Security Licence (or active progression toward one) is the floor, not the ceiling.
We hire for posture and judgement. Every operative is briefed personally before deployment. If you can hold a post and write a clean report, we want to talk.
What we don't want: anyone treating this as a stopgap.
